How do I track my order?
After checkout you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and email. If you need help, contact info@bk-nutrition.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast. If you made a mistake, email us within 1 hour of purchase with the subject Change Order and include your order number. If the order has shipped, we are not able to edit or cancel.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship across the United States. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary during holidays and peak sales.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed. Watch for free shipping promotions announced in our banner.
What is your return policy for supplements?
For safety and quality, opened items are not eligible for return. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing info@bk-nutrition.com with your order number.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take photos of the outer box and product, then contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund as appropriate after review.
Are your products third party tested?
Yes. We work with certified facilities and third party testing partners to verify identity, purity, and potency. Look for the Tested badge on product pages. TESTED
How should I use BK Nutrition protein and performance products?
Follow the directions on the label. As a general guide:
  • Protein: 1 scoop post workout or between meals to support daily protein goals.
  • Pre workout: 15 to 30 minutes before training.
  • Recovery: within 30 minutes after training to support repair.
If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult your physician.
Do you use artificial flavors or fillers?
We prioritize clean, effective formulas. Each product page lists the full ingredient panel so you can shop with confidence.
Are your products vegan, gluten free, or allergen friendly?
Some items are vegan or gluten free. Check the badges and nutrition facts on the product page. If you have allergies, review the allergen statement carefully before purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other wallets shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Do you offer subscriptions or bundles to save more?
Yes. Subscribe and save options and performance bundles appear on eligible product pages. You can pause or cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
