This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through www.bknutrition.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

BK Nutrition currently ships within the United States only.


2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Sales events
  • Product launches
  • High-volume periods
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

We do not guarantee same-day or next-day processing unless explicitly stated.


3. SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor strikes
  • Government actions
  • Postal disruptions
  • Events beyond our control

4. RISK OF LOSS; TITLE TRANSFER

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Once the carrier scans the package into its system, BK Nutrition is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Mis-delivered packages

Any issues after shipment must be addressed with the carrier directly unless otherwise required by law.


5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you provide an incorrect address:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures.
  • We are not obligated to reship or refund.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, you are responsible for re-shipping costs.


6. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED CLAIMS

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

  • The order is considered fulfilled.
  • You must contact the carrier directly.
  • We may provide delivery confirmation details.

We are not responsible for theft, porch piracy, mailbox theft, or carrier misdelivery once tracking confirms delivery.

We reserve the right to deny replacement or refund claims in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a package is lost in transit and tracking does not show delivery:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We may require a written statement.
  • We may require cooperation with carrier investigation.

If a product arrives visibly damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may be required to provide photos of packaging and product.
  • Failure to notify within this timeframe may void replacement eligibility.

8. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

If an order qualifies for free shipping and is partially returned, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund.


9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
  • Undeliverable
  • Returned due to incorrect address

We may deduct:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

Refunds, if issued, will reflect these deductions.


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or code abuse.


11. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple packages.

This does not entitle you to additional compensation.


12. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Require signature confirmation
  • Delay shipment for fraud review
  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Request identity verification

We may report fraudulent activity to payment processors and authorities.


13. FORCE MAJEURE

BK Nutrition is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Public health emergencies

14. AGREEMENT

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.


This version:

  • Transfers risk at carrier scan
  • Protects against porch theft claims
  • Protects against wrong address claims
  • Protects against delivery disputes
  • Protects against shipping refund abuse
  • Protects against fraud
  • Protects against partial-return free-shipping loopholes
