Refund policy
At BK Nutrition, your satisfaction matters to us. While we want every customer to love their supplements, due to the nature of our products we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns
- For safety and quality reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
- Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, contact us at burakkingfitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
